We collect your first name and phone number when you voluntarily submit our opt-in form via QR code scan. We also collect standard web analytics data such as page views and device type.

How We Use Your Information

Your name and phone number are used solely to deliver the automated follow-up SMS reminder service you requested by submitting our form. We do not use your information for any other marketing purpose.

SMS Messaging

By submitting your name and phone number through our opt-in form, you consent to receive automated SMS reminder messages from the business operating this CapLead deployment. Message frequency: 1 message per opt-in. Msg & Data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. For help reply HELP or contact us at support@caplead.app. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and other major U.S. carriers. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering your requested reminder message.

Data Retention

Demo opt-in data is automatically deleted within 24 hours. Client deployment lead data is retained for reporting purposes and deleted upon client request.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@caplead.app. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Mobile Messaging & SMS Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal data described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

CapLead collects phone numbers solely for the purpose of delivering automated SMS follow-up messages that the user has explicitly opted into. Phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with any outside party.
