Acceptance of Terms
By using CapLead or submitting your information through any CapLead-powered opt-in form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
Service Description
CapLead is an automated QR-to-SMS lead capture and follow-up service operated by Empowered Solutions Ltd. The service allows businesses to capture lead contact information via QR code and send automated reminder text messages to opted-in leads.
SMS Terms
By submitting the opt-in form you agree to receive one automated SMS reminder message from the business operating this CapLead deployment. Message frequency: 1 message per opt-in. Msg & Data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance and you will receive contact information for support. Opting out will immediately stop all future messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and other major U.S. carriers. User Obligations
Users of CapLead business services agree to: use the service only for lawful business follow-up purposes, obtain proper opt-in consent from all leads before adding them to any campaign, honor all STOP requests immediately, maintain a current and accurate A2P 10DLC registration, and comply with all applicable TCPA regulations and carrier guidelines.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use CapLead to send spam or unsolicited messages, send messages to purchased or scraped contact lists, send content related to cannabis, gambling, adult content, firearms, or predatory lending, impersonate another business or individual, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
Service Availability
Empowered Solutions Ltd makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. SMS delivery is subject to carrier approval and A2P 10DLC registration status. We are not liable for messages blocked by carriers.
Limitation of Liability
Empowered Solutions Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the CapLead service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the prior 30 days.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy available at caplead.app/privacy-policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
