CapLead for Nonprofits is on the way.

Turn event interest into donor follow-up and list growth. We're building a version of CapLead shaped around how nonprofits, churches, schools, and community organizations actually meet supporters — at tables, galas, drives, and open doors.

It isn't open yet. Add your name and we'll tell you the day it is.

The promise

Turn event interest into donor follow-up and list growth.

The hardest part of a fundraiser isn't the night itself — it's the week after. Business cards pile up, the sign-up clipboard gets filed somewhere, and the people who were most excited about your work never hear from you again. CapLead for Nonprofits is being built so that interest captured in person becomes a real follow-up list your team can act on.

Where it fits

Designed around the moments you already meet supporters.

Fundraising galas & benefit nights

Guests arrive engaged and leave in a hurry. Capture who was in the room while the goodwill is still fresh, instead of reconstructing it from a seating chart.

Congregations & visitor tables

First-time visitors want a low-pressure way to stay connected. A single scan at the welcome table beats a paper card that never gets typed up.

School & PTA campaigns

Parent volunteers change every year. Keep the interest list with the organization rather than in one person's phone.

Volunteer & donation drives

Food drives, clothing drives, and clean-up days draw people who would give again — if anyone circled back with the next date.

Community events & booths

Festival and farmers-market tables produce dozens of interested neighbors. Capture them without staffing a laptop.

Board & major-gift introductions

Warm introductions deserve better than a napkin. Log the interest the moment it happens and route it to the right person.

The workflow

How it will work

This is the flow we're building toward. Details may shift before launch — waitlist members get the walkthrough first.

Step 1

One code on your table sign

Print-ready QR assets branded to your organization, sized for table signs, flyers, and displays. No app, no clipboard, no laptop to staff.

Step 2

Supporters add themselves

A scan opens a short page in your organization's colors. Interested supporters enter their details in seconds and get back to the event.

Step 3

Your team gets the follow-up list

New sign-ups land in one place your coordinator can actually work from — sorted, dated, and tied to the event they came from.

Step 4

You see what each event produced

Scans and sign-ups summarized per event, so you know which table, drive, or gala actually grew your list.

In development

What we're building

  • Branded QR assets for table signs, flyers, and displays
  • A short capture page in your organization's name and colors
  • One shared follow-up list your coordinator and volunteers can work from
  • Per-event reporting so you can compare what each table produced
  • Full export of your supporter list, any time, in a plain spreadsheet
  • Setup handled by our team, not left to your volunteers

Pricing for nonprofit accounts hasn't been set yet. Waitlist members will see it first, and we're planning a reduced rate for registered charitable organizations.

Why a separate build

Nonprofits deserve more than a renamed sales tool.

Your supporters aren't customers

The general CapLead product is built for businesses chasing quotes. Nonprofits need a gentler cadence, different language, and a record that respects the relationship. That's why this gets its own build instead of a rebranded template.

Built for teams that turn over

Volunteers rotate, board members change, and the person who ran last year's gala may be gone. The list should belong to the organization, not to whoever's phone it landed in.

You keep everything

Your supporter list is yours. Export it in full whenever you want, and take it with you if you ever stop using CapLead. We don't hold your data hostage.
